The new standard contractual clauses – in practice
- This event has passed.
Understanding theory and using it in a practical way
The new standard contractual clauses (SCC) provide companies with a legal structure that helps them design and present data transfers to third countries (e.g., the U.S.) in a way that complies with data protection requirements. In addition to the four modules on
Controller-to-controller transfers (Module 1)
Controller-to-processor transfers (Module 2)
Processor-to-processor transfers (Module 3)
Processor-to-controller transfers (module 4)
there are now also various appendices to be processed. Since the entire structure is very theoretical and legal, we offer you concrete assistance in this seminar. Our expert in the seminar will explain the legal requirements and present operational solutions so that you can meet the legal requirements.
Seminar for practitioners
Especially the practical implementation of the new requirements within three months is difficult for many companies. We help you to design the SCC that suits you and to fulfill your compliance.
